Monthly Recipe: Nourishing Golden Milk
Winter takes a lot out of us, which is why it's so important to replenish our bodies and souls with warm foods and spices. Golden milk is a fabulous treat and gives your immune system just the kick it needs to fend off colds and the flu.
Helpful hint: You can replace coconut milk with other non-dairy alternatives, as long as there's a fat source for your body to absorb the turmeric.
