Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is required to avoid charges.

We know that your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our patients and staff, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.

  • Appointments canceled without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of $65.

  • Missed appointments without notice will result in a full charge of the session fee.

  • Emergencies and certain exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis yet must be done by phone before the appointment start time.

  • Any missed appointment that wasn't canceled within 24 hours of your appointment must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled or administered.
