Danielle Lombardi, LAc, NCCAOM
Portland Healing Space Owner
Acupuncturist, Diplomate of Acupuncture
Holistic Pelvic Care Practitioner
DANIELLE LOMBARDI believes that the potential to shift our own energy and realign to our optimal health lies within us. She uses acupuncture as a catalyst for healing, inviting her patients to embrace the freedom and vitality that come from replacing outmoded patterns with informed and empowered health-centered choices. Danielle is passionate about sharing the gift of this medicine with her community.
A Maine native, Danielle found her way to Oregon on the seat of a bicycle. After a 6,000 mile bike tour around the country, she fell in love with the mountains, desert and ocean of Oregon and eventually relocated to Portland. She graduated from Bard College with a BA in film studies and worked in film for six years before discovering her love for Chinese Medicine. Danielle received her Master’s degree from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and is certified nationally and in the state of Oregon.
Danielle’s dedication to community service led her to volunteer with the Acupuncture Relief Project. Over the course of two months she treated hundreds of patients at a primary care health clinic in Nepal. This work strengthened her belief that, when people are encouraged to invest in their own health, it not only empowers the patient but, also, cultivates healing within the community as a whole. Please see the Portland Healing Space Community Scholarship Fund, a community service bringing quality healthcare to low income patients.
When she’s not practicing medicine, Danielle loves hiking, cooking, visiting the ocean, reading, traveling and sharing time with her friends and family.
